The book I am reading for my IR is Twilight, the author is Stephanie Meyer.
This book is amazing, I am absolutely in love with the book, and with Edward! I really liked the beginning where Bella said " I never really thought of how I would die, but dying in the place of someone I loved, seemed like a good way to go." I thought that was one of the best lines in a book or a movie I have ever seen. For some reason that line just stuck with me and I think of it every time I watch Twilight, or read the books.
So far in the book, Bella has just started school in Forks, which has a very small population, of about 3,000 or more people. On her first day of school she meets Edward, in science class, but he seems to not like her by the way she smelled. (which she thought smelled bad to him, but really he could BARELY resist her fine smell.) She realizes there is something not normal about him, and tries to figure out what it is. But I'm not going to give away the whole book. So far, I think this book is beyond good and I can't wait to read more.
Cassidy,
ReplyDeleteI really though that you did a great job of making your letter essay fun-filled and descriptive. It almost made me want to read Twighlight because you made it so interesting. I really loved your excerpt from the beginning of the book and I do agree it was an amazing start. So if I can ask, what is your opinion on the book compared to the movie? Did they do a good/bad job of basing it off the book? I've heard a lot of people say the movie isn't as good as the book. Anyway, the only thing I would suggest is to add little more detail to your essay to spice it up.
sincerely, Tyler
